I am a fully qualified and insured experienced Holistic Therapist, Certified MAR Reflexologist & USUI Reiki natural healer in Derbyshire for ladies and gents well-being.

I am a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing. Through my practice, I strive to align patients and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.

Male clients are welcome but need to be vetted via their Facebook account, on a recommendation or referral only due to safety procedures.

Who I Am and What I Do

My Background

I have always had a true passions for helping people and my persona has been described as a calming person to be with and a natural healer. I believe that the mind, body and soul are all connected with energies and I want to help people reconnect with therapy through holistic relaxing massage, facials and reflexology.

I have previously gained a Second Degree in USUI system of Reiki Natural Healing for Hands-On Reiki Therapy and Distance Healing, NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism, NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems and NCFE Level 2 in Understanding Children and Young Peoples Mental Health.

I previously helped volunteer for the local Primary Forestry School. I am DBS Checked and I have completed Covid return to training.

I will be doing treatments at my home in a tranquil environment and then when my clientele list has grown I will be doing mobile treatments at clients home.

Where ever possible, I like to reduce, reuse and recycle products to help nature and the

environment.

I am very grateful and blessed for the knowledge that I have and I want to bring people comfort.

I’ve been a professional Holistic Therapist since 2021, but I have been using my gift that I am blessed with for over 20 years. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.

A Holistic Body Massage is a massaging treatment that focuses on tense and stressed-out muscles but also helps impact a client's emotional wellbeing

Reiki healing and Chakra Balancing Session

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
This can be a hands-on or “no-hands” body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed.
I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

Reflexology for hands and feet

Reflexology is an ancient therapy that focuses on healing in the body by activating different reflex points found in the hands and feet. Pressing on the different points in the hands and feet causes reflex responses in corresponding parts of the body, which can help promote healing.

Reflexology is relaxing and can help alleviate stress. Pressure applied to the foot can bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.

Gua-Sha stone facial massage

Facial Gua Sha is a massage technique designed to relieve tension in the muscles of the face, boost blood circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage to banish bloat. It helps break up fascia, the connective tissue that hugs muscles but can sometimes interfere with optimal circulation. This can be used in conjunction with other alternative facials or on its own. It helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

Choose from a Rose Quartz or a Jade Gua-Sha stone facial.

Hopi-ear candles

Hopi-Ear candling is a gentle relaxing, non-invasive soothing treatment which can offer relief to any problems in the ear, nose and throat areas. It also calms the mind to combat stress and deeply relaxes all of your senses. Good for restoring pressure in the ear before flying and scuba diving.

Double cleanse and Exfoliating facial

Not only is a double cleanse meant to give a more thorough cleanse, but it can also revitalize dull skin and allow other skin care products to penetrate more effectively.

Double cleansing can also help if you have very oily skin and are finding that your regular cleanser isn't removing enough excess oil but that a stronger single cleanser leaves your oily skin feeling tight and dry.

It's far better to use two gentle cleansers than one harsh, drying cleanser.

Deposit & Booking confirmation

A £10 deposit is required on the day of the enquiry and within 24 hours to secure your appointment.

All bookings will only be secured if a deposit has been paid, or the treatment has been paid in full.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted off the final payment.

Once confirmation has been received , an automatic text message will follow with address details.

If you cancel or rearrange within 24 hours of your appointment & if you do rebook, you will be charged a new deposit. Thank you.
