Let's talk deposits. As a small business, I want to start this message saying I understand that things come up and can't be helped and the majority of my lovely clients are amazing.

 

Recently there has been an increase of no shows, last minute cancellations and clients book appointments, and not turn up.

 

Moving forward, a £10 deposit is required on the day of the enquiry and within 24 hours to secure your appointment.

All bookings will only be secured if a deposit has been paid.

Deposits are non refundable and will be deducted off the final payment. Once confirmation has been received , an automatic message will follow with address details.

If you cancel or rearrange within 24 hours of your appointment & if you do rebook, you will be charged a new deposit.

​Male clients are welcome but need to be vetted via their Facebook account, on a recommendation or referral only due to safety procedures.
